This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.iardo.in, including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned by the International Association of Research and Developed Organization (IARDO), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office on the Seventh floor, 714, Amba Tower, DC Chowk, Sector 9, New Delhi, North West Delhi, Delhi, 110085 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

Agreement to Terms

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction.

By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with the Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, "Services"). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect.

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.

Applied Terms & Conditions

We are an E-commerce Enabler, Services Provider and digital marketing service provider company and we do not offer Long-Term services. We only offer our services on a monthly payment basis.

By accessing and using the IARDO E-commerce Enabler website (/), downloading materials from the IARDO E-commerce Enabler website or using any of the services we offer, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use detailed below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, please refrain from using the IARDO E-commerce Enabler website or our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software and other material (collectively "Content") is an intellectual property of the Platform Owner, its affiliates or third parties. The Platform Owner authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the Content available on or from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The contents of the Platform cannot be copied, reproduced, recompiled, decompiled, disassembled, reverse engineered, distributed, published, displayed, modified, uploaded to create derivative works from, transmitted or used to create any derivative work or in any way exploited.

Third-Party Business

The Platform may include services, content and products from third parties ("Third-Party Services"). We are not liable or responsible for any Third-Party Services. We provide links to Third-Party Services as a convenience. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correct sequencing of information on Third-Party Services.

The Platform Owner is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services or information on or available from third party websites. Links on the Platform do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the Platform Owner of the third party, the Third-Party Services, or the information therein.

Termination

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Platform. We may terminate these Terms of Use at any time and may do so immediately without notice.

In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms of Use, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. The Platform Owner shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Platform Owner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be accountable for any indirect, incidental, special, eventful or exemplary costs, including without limitation, loss of proceeds, figures, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses, consequential from:

• Your use or access or inability to use or access the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content attained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether or not based on guarantee, agreement, domestic wrong (including carelessness) or any other lawful concept, whether or not we've been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a cure set forth herein is originated to have futile of its important purpose.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services once they have been rendered. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about our services, please contact us before making a purchase.
