Quick Answer
The cost of selling on Blinkit comes from category commission,
fulfilment fees, storage, and 18% GST on platform fees —
together commonly landing around 25–30% of
selling price. Blinkit itself does not charge a registration fee
to become a seller.
Because these costs stack up, the single most important rule
is to price every product with the full cost of selling baked in
before you go live, not after. SKUs priced only for cost-plus-margin
are the ones that quietly lose money on quick commerce.
The exact commission slab depends on your product category and
is agreed with the Category Manager during onboarding. For a
detailed breakdown of every fee, see our full guide on Blinkit
commission and charges.
